Each year Wildcats hold an Annual General Meeting to provide our annual report, achievements and what opportunities there may be for the future. It is also the opportunity for you to have a say in what, when and how your Club is run.
All members are invited to attend our AGM each year. An important part of the AGM is the election of office bearers to the Wildcats Management Committee.
The Wildcats Management Committee is formed by volunteers (most commonly current parents) and works most effectively when all positions are filled to support the operational requirements of running a club.
Why join the Committee?
Committee members hold their positions until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting following the date of their election. We are always looking for volunteers’ whether that be as an age group coordinator, a member of our management committee or executive committee.
Why join the committee? There are a multiple of reasons but to list a few.
A committee is made up of different people who bring different skills to the party. The one thing our volunteers have in common is a desire to make Wildcats the best it can be for players, volunteers, parents, referees, and officials both now and in the future. There is no specific skill set required just an enthusiasm to help out.
Our current committee will always do their best to respond to our players, coaches and managers in a timely manner. We just ask that people are mindful that we run on volunteers who also work in their own professional capacity. We currently have vacancies in our operational and committee positions.

We support our committee by providing free players fees (1 child for age group coordinators, 2 children for Executive and Operations) Coaches who take training and run the team on game day receive a 25% discount on fees.
